A stay at Canoelands Orchard situated north of Hornsby and Dural, is recommended.  Our stay included as much fruit picking we wanted, which was fresh, tasty and apples crisp. Slinky was not a fan of the animals, especially the lamas.  The looked especially strange walking past them at night as their beady eyes peered through the dark.  Peace and quite, not far from the buzz of Sydney.
